This floating building is dry and in excellent shape. It is currently being used as a storage facility and is connected to shore by means of the 50 foot walkway. The barge is not connected to other docks so it is easily available for immediate relocation.

The vessel can be removed easily by having a crane pull the four spuds that has it secured up in Birdsong Creek and having a tow take it to any water location via the Tennessee River. We are located only 103.7 (TRM) miles from the Ohio River at Paducah and 115 miles from the entrance of the Tombiggbee Waterway at Yellow Creek, Mississippi at Pickwick Lock at TRM 205.

Southwest, Delta, American and Northwest Airlines serve the Nashville (BNA) International Airport and we can arrange pickup so you can fly in and take a walk thru of the building. Also, we have a 3,500' paved airstrip at the Benton County Tennessee (OM4) Airport located only 5 minutes away for smaller fixed-wing planes and a 5,500' airstrip next town over at Carroll County Airport for small jets.
